Due to a recent security upgrade, League City’s Utility Billing Customer Service Portal now requires customers to log into their account using an email address rather than a username.
For added protection, customers will also see a new sign-on screen. See the screen shot below.
Customers who have forgotten their password can reset it using the “forgot password?” function on the sign-on screen.
If you can’t remember the email address you used to create your account, call 281-554-1335 and press option 2 to speak to a customer service representative.
