As part of a new League City social media campaign, residents, businesses, organizations and visitors can now use the hashtag #LCLove to share photos and comments about why they love League City.
The #LCLove campaign launched at the League City Music Festival May 4 and 5. Festival attendees who stopped by the League City booth were able express their love for the City on video and in photos, which were then shared on the City’s Twitter feed and Facebook page.
“Whether you’ve lived here all your life, just moved here or are visiting for a day, there’s lots to love about our City,” said League City Director of Communications Sarah Greer Osborne. "The festival may be over, but the campaign is not. We want folks, as they are out and about in the City, to take photos and share their comments using the hashtag #LCLove."
Whether you're visiting your favorite restaurant with the family, enjoying the City's hike and bike trails, or visiting Hometown Heroes park for your daily workout, take a quick photo and share. Who knows, you just might see yourself retweeted on Twitter/LeagueCityTX or your photo shared on Facebook/LeagueCityTexas.
