City Council and the city manager will participate in a governance and leadership retreat at South Shore Habour Resort & Conference Center on Feb. 25 at 8:30 a.m.
Mike Conduff, President and CEO of the Elim Group, who is an International City/County Management Association Credentialed Manager (ICMA-CM) with 30 years of experience in local government will conduct the retreat.
The retreat will focus on team building, developing good governance, understanding each other’s role within city government, and goal setting.
