III.             Citizen Communication

The privilege of speaking at this time is limited to the following persons: residents, persons having an ownership interest in property or a business within the City, or their attorneys. A statement of no more than 3 minutes may be made. There will be no yielding of time to another person. State law prohibits members of the Planning and Zoning Commission from commenting on any statement or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. Comments should be directed to the entire Planning and Zoning Commission, not individual members of the Planning and Zoning Commission or staff. If addressing a specific agenda item, speakers must keep their remarks specific to the item being considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Any speaker making personal attacks or using vulgar or profane language shall forfeit his/her remaining time and shall be seated.

IV.             New Business

A.     Consider and take action on a Preliminary Plat - Westland Ranch Maple Leaf and Muldoon Parkway Street Dedication, generally located north of FM 517, south of League City Parkway, east of McFarland Road, and west of Bay Area Boulevard.

B.      Consider and take action on a Preliminary Plat - Westland Ranch SF-1, generally located north of FM 517, south of League City Parkway, east of McFarland Road, and west of Bay Area Boulevard.

C.     Consider and take action on a Preliminary Plat - Westland Ranch SF-3, generally located north of FM 517, south of League City Parkway, east of McFarland Road, and west of Bay Area Boulevard.

D.     Consider and take action on a Preliminary Plat - Westland Ranch SF-6, generally located north of FM 517, south of League City Parkway, east of McFarland Road, and west of Bay Area Boulevard.

E.      Consider and take action on a Final Plat- League City Elementary School, generally located at the northeast intersection of Park Avenue and East Walker Street, south of East Wilkins Street and west of South Kansas Avenue, with the address of 709 East Wilkins Street.

F.      Consider and take action on a Final Plat - Hope Hollow, generally located along the east side of Palomino Lane, and north of West Main Street, with the address of 810 Palomino Lane. 

V.                Public Hearing and Action Items

A.      Hold a public hearing and make a recommendation to City Council on Special Use Permit application, SUP-18-0002 (Fairfield Inn and Suites), to allow a Limited Service Hotel to be operated on a property zoned "CM" (Commercial Mixed Use), legally described as Tract 48-6 of the S F Austin Survey, generally located at the northeast intersection of Pinnacle Drive and Brookport Drive and approximately 290 feet south of Big League Dreams Parkway, with the address of 1144 Pinnacle Park Drive in League City, Texas.

B.      Hold a public hearing and make a recommendation to City Council on the 2018 Master Mobility Plan update.

C.     Hold a public hearing and make a recommendation to City Council on revisions to Section 102-12 of the City of League City Code of Ordinances, entitled "Tree Preservation and Provisions".
