Starting May 17, 2018 Saint Christopher Avenue will be converted to one-way traffic until approximately mid-December of 2018. Traffic will only be allowed to travel southbound.
The change will allow for the completion of the larger Saint Christopher Project which includes road reconstruction, widening, and drainage improvements.
“During Harvey, this area flooded, so with this drainage improvement along Saint Christopher we will be able to reduce the amount of flooding that occurs along Abilene and the Meadows and get that water out of this area,” said League City Project Manager Anthony Talluto.
The Saint Christopher project is on track to be completed in mid-December. For a status check on other League City Capital Improvement Projects, visit the City’s interactive map.
